M*A*S*H*
Moving Animals Safely Home
We are thrilled to share with you our M*A*S*H* program. This program is all about rescuing and relocating animals during emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being no matter the crisis. With your support, we’re committed to protecting our community’s animals and bringing them safely home.

MPFL has an agreement with Clinton County Emergency Management to support animal welfare during disasters. They provide the Emergency Animal Response Team and the MASH (Moving Animals Safely Home) Unit to assist in natural or manmade emergencies. In a crisis, MPFL’s trained staff collaborates with Emergency Management to execute a disaster relief plan, ensuring animals are rescued, cared for, and safely relocated as needed. This partnership strengthens community emergency response efforts.
